RETURN POLICY

Items not available for returns or exchanges: Made to Order, PPE face masks, closeout sale items.

You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 30 days from your item's ship date.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

Follow the instructions below to ensure we continue providing the best possible service. 

  • Complete the Return Form you received with your shipment or print a new Return Form and include it with the item(s) you're returning.
  • If the item is defective or an error has been made on the order, we will email you a return shipping label, free of charge. (You will need Acrobat Reader to view this document. You may download it at http://www.adobe.com).
  • Please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and ship via a trackable method.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange for another size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state in the description section of the Return Form the item you wish to exchange and the new size. If this size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment.

If you wish to exchange your item for another model or color, you must return the item and place a new order. We will credit the returned item to the original form of payment, and charge the new item to the same card.

All exchange orders of in-stock merchandise will be shipped at no charge via Ground to the original US shipping address. Sorry, we cannot refund original or return shipping/handling charges unless the item is defective or an error occurred in processing your original order. See Defectives/Errors section.

Defective Merchandise or Errors
Merchandise that is defective, has defective construction, damaged in shipment, or was not the item ordered can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please follow one of the Exchange or Refund options listed above. On the Return Form, please select or indicate the appropriate reason for your return. If item is being returned or exchanged due to error in order or defective merchandise, contact us to receive a free shipping label.

Please Note:

  • If items are returned after our 30 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return. A merchandise credit or refund will not be credited to your account.
  • If an item is returned to us in error (order not placed on our site), we will ship your merchandise back to you.
  • If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item. Please send the item(s) with return form enclosed to us.

SHIPPING

Your order will be delivered 3-7 business days after order is placed*

*Our warehouse ships all orders from Perry, Iowa. Standard shipping will leave the warehouse after 1-2 business days. Your delivery transit time will vary depending on your order's destination and its distance from our warehouse.

Tracking
When your order ships out you'll get an automatic e-mail with a tracking number. We’ll provide the tracking number as soon as your order ships, but it sometimes takes 24-48 hours to go live within the shipper’s system.
