I'm 5'4" and these are too big for me... but they're perfect for my husband and his full beard. My dad has a big head and has to special order hats and these are great for him. My son doesn't have a large face or head, but he wears a mask for 10+ hours a day for work. Regular disposable masks fit him just fine, but these XL masks don't hurt his ears. They still cover his nose and mouth but don't pull on his ears. I will recommend them to others with similar issues as my family members.
