  1. What is Authentic Brand?

    In 2010, the Authentic brand was “born and bred” in the heartland. It is the inspiration of a former Iowa Hawkeye baseball player and an Iowa farm boy. They set out to build a brand that offers unique style at the highest quality standard available. Today, our products are being sold in a growing number of retailers across the Midwest with sales multiplying at a rate that makes us proud.

    We create superior licensed apparel for 18 colleges and counting that meet all of your casual and game day needs. Each licensed Authentic Brand product offers the best quality, fit, appearance, and value. We trust our fans will enjoy wearing Authentic Brand products as much as we enjoy designing and producing them.

    Our close-knit team works hard to provide the designs fans love to wear. We pride ourselves on being "different by design". We offer creative styles and new decoration techniques that keep us ahead of industry trends.

    We believe in a time when a hand shake was the highest level of assurance that a person could offer; a time when a customer could buy in confidence knowing that what they received was of the highest quality.   2. Does Authentic Brand offer exchanges?

    Of course. If you would prefer another size, you can request this when making your return. To do so, state in the description section of the Return Form the item you wish to exchange and the new size. If this size is not available, we will refund you the amount for said garment.   3. When will my order ship?

    Your order will be delivered in 3-7 business days after it is shipped*

    *Our warehouse ships all orders from Perry, Iowa. Standard shipping will leave the warehouse after 1-2 business days. Your delivery transit time will vary depending on your order's destination and its distance from our warehouse. 

  4. Will you give me a tracking number?

    When your order ships out you'll get an automatic e-mail with a tracking number. We’ll provide the tracking number as soon as your order ships, but it sometimes takes 24-48 hours to go live within the shipper’s system.

  5. How do I cancel an order?

  6. Can I get free shipping?

    Yes. You will receive free shipping on all orders.

  7. Can I get international shipping?

    Currently, we are unable to accommodate international orders. Sorry for any inconvenience.

  8. What is Authentic Brand's Return Policy?

    *Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

  9. How do I pay?

    Authentic Brand accepts online payments through credit cards and PayPal to ensure that our order is processed safely and securely.
