The Charlotte jacket is made with a polyester soft-shell, the jacket has a two-zipper closed hip pocket, had warmer cuffs with thumb holes to protect you from the cold. The jacket has a discrete Tigerhawk logo on the hood, in addition it has a front pleating, reflective accents, and black interior lining, with a drop tail.
